Product Design Language (PDL) Exploration – This design vision program utilized the Step/Jump/Leap process to develop design language concepts along a timeline. Zen (shown below) represents the Leap concept. To enhance the patient experience, LCD technology integrates patient imagery into the clinical environment. Each PDL family includes a differentiation strategy for low-, mid-, and high-end product solutions.
